Adult Theatre Workshop
The adult theatre workshop is a space for discovery, creativity, and sharing, open to all levels. Through work on the body, voice, breathing, listening, and text, participants explore different acting techniques while developing their stage presence in a supportive, playful, and friendly atmosphere.
Each weekly session begins with one hour of technical work (warm-ups, improvisation, emotions, voice, movement, etc.) and continues with work based on excerpts from plays, films, or contemporary writing, with varied themes that allow participants to explore different approaches to acting.
From January to May, the workshop is dedicated to the collective creation of a theatre piece presented publicly at the end of the cycle.
Every Wednesday at 7:00 PM
