The Campus France Kigali office is responsible for promoting French higher education abroad. It is part of the Institut Français du Rwanda and is directly connected to the Campus France headquarters in Paris.

Campus France Rwanda is your main point of contact for all procedures related to higher education in France. It provides information, guidance, and support in building your academic project.

Start your application

  1.  Create your application: Create your account on the Études en France platform and complete your online application.
  2. Apply: Apply to universities according to the calendar:
    ● Bachelor’s: October to December
    ● Master’s: October to January
    ● IUT: October to March
  3.  Pay the application fee: Select the product on the Institut Français website
    ● Validate your cart
    ● Pay by card or bank deposit Important:
    ● Do not pay before receiving a message from Campus France
    ● Do not pay without an invoice
    ● Reduced fees apply only upon presentation of the Campus France email
    You MUST send the payment receipt to:

    accueil@if-rwanda.org
  4.  Attend the Campus France interview: You will receive an invitation by email.On the day, bring:
    ● Passport
    ● Diplomas and transcripts
    ● Language test (TCF, DELF, IELTS, etc.)
    ● Études en France certificate
  5. Download your certificate: Download your Campus France certificate from your account.
  6. Apply for your visa: Create your account on France-Visas  and complete your application online.
  7. Submit your application: Book an appointment with VFS and submit your visa application file.
